One of the strongest alloys in the world and commonly used in the aerospace industry, the use of C300 maraging steel in the forged face of the G Le2 fairway woods delivers more flexing for faster ball speeds that launch shots farther and higher. Available in 4H (22°), 5H (26°), 6H (30°) and 7H (34°).
Aerodynamic Shape:
The rounder head is aerodynamically shaped to promote faster clubhead speed. Internal heel-biased weighting helps with right-to-left spin for straighter ball flights. Softer crown turbulators help frame the ball at address.
Light Grip & Shaft:
Fitted with a lighter, super-soft Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 grip in an attractive garnet color is standard with G Le2. Ping's proprietary ULT240 Lite and Ultra Lite premium graphite shafts help bring down overall club weight while helping you generate more clubhead speed and ball velocity with no greater effort.
