The founder of L(ie)A(ngle)B(alanced)is Bill Presse, a former mini-tour player who had the idea to create a putter that would allow him to drastically simplify his stroke. He wanted to be able to count on a square putter face every time, which led him to invent Lie Angle Balance. Bill also wanted to create a putter head that would give him as much forgiveness as possible, so he developed the radical shape of the DF 2.1 as a way to maximise consistency on off-centre hits. The forward-press is an often misunderstood concept among golfers, and even golfers who understand it often find it difficult to execute. Success comes from leaning the shaft forward at impact to reduce loft, while at the same time contacting the ball with an upward putter path to encourage the truest possible roll.

Do Custom Fit golf clubs take longer to be delivered?
Thankfully, there is only a minimal delay. As Galaxy Golf are authorised putter builders for L.A.B. Golf, we will have your putter built to the exact specification you require in just a few days. We can have your putter in either of our shops within 12-14 days from the day you order it.

Customisation
For customisation you will need to email or call to confirm the text/numbers you would like to have engraved on the head of your chosen putter. The order will not be placed by us until we have received this information.
Delivery Time
Lead times are only given as an estimation. We are not responsible for transportation or customs delays, or delays in the factory while waiting for components or any production delays. We will give as many updates as we can during the manufacturing and shipping process.
Cancelling/amending orders
Custom fit clubs are not able to be amended or cancelled once the transaction has been completed. It is your responsibility to check and confirm that the specifications given at the point of ordering are correct and are the specifications required.
L.A.B. putters are a custom fit product manufactured specifically for you. Please double check all chosen specifications are correct as orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed.
Should an order arrive with you in the incorrect specifications due to being built incorrectly by a manufacturer, you will be entitled to a replacement. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
Warranty
Clubs are covered by a manufacturers warranty for a period of 12 months. Faulty clubs will be repaired or replaced in cases where there is a manufacturers defect. Any issues or repairs needed outside of a manufacturers defect will need to be covered by the customer.
For L.A.B. putters - if any weights are changed or removed - the warranty is VOID
