Shipments are made through one of our couriers. The corresponding invoice will be included in each shipment.

However, the approximate prices may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order (volume and shipping area).

In any case, these expenses will always be shown before formalizing and accepting the order. In case of accruing other taxes, customs expenses or tariffs of the destination (Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or outside the European Union), these will be paid by the customer, and will not be shown in the order information.

Orders which include products that are in stock at Galaxy Golf's warehouse will be delivered to the customer in an approximate period of:

However, these deadlines may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order (availability and shipping area). Delivery times may be adversely affected by incidents occurring to the carrier or complications in the delivery of the merchandise.

If the requested product were not in the dependencies of Galaxy Golf SL, the shipment would be delayed depending on the delivery times by our distributors.

If a client purchases a product through our website and we do not have said product in the Galaxy Golf dependency, we will proceed to request it from our distributors and if our distributors did not have said product either, we would proceed to offer the client a product with similar characteristics or, failing that, you could proceed to cancel the order and proceed with the payment refund.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation of the order via email.

When the order has been processed with our couriers for collection we will email you the relevant tracking number.

The return policy, in accordance with current legislation, allows that once the merchandise is received, the customer can exercise his/her right to withdraw and terminate the contract within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, no further questions asked.

Once the return is received, the amount paid will be credited within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the return. The shipping and return costs of the product would be paid by the customer, these being deducted from the amount to be returned.

However, the right of withdrawal or resolution may only be exercised: - When the product is in the same state in which it was delivered and ready for sale, with its corresponding original packaging, if any, and its invoice.

- When personalized products or services are not involved.

- In the case of provision of personalized products or services of the same nature, if this had not already been effectively started.

Likewise, in case of lack of conformity due to confusion of Galaxy Golf SL in the material sent, the client will receive the correct one, with Galaxy Golf SL assuming the costs of collecting the incorrect product, if any. If your refund is not possible, the full amount will be returned.

For returns or any type of claim, you must contact, in due time, by sending us an email at onlinesales@galaxygolfco.com.

Galaxy Golf SL, undertakes to respond in the shortest time possible from receipt of the claim. In exceptional cases, due to the availability of Galaxy Golf SL staff, the response time may be extended as strictly necessary, up to a maximum of 30 calendar days.
