What shipping methods are available?

Shipments are made through one of our couriers. The corresponding invoice will be included in each shipment.

However, the approximate prices may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order (volume and shipping area).

In any case, these expenses will always be shown before formalizing and accepting the order. In case of accruing other taxes, customs expenses or tariffs of the destination (Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or outside the European Union), these will be paid by the customer, and will not be shown in the order information.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Orders which include products that are in stock at Galaxy Golf's warehouse will be delivered to the customer in an approximate period of:

However, these deadlines may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order (availability and shipping area). Delivery times may be adversely affected by incidents occurring to the carrier or complications in the delivery of the merchandise.

If the requested product were not in the dependencies of Galaxy Golf SL, the shipment would be delayed depending on the delivery times by our distributors.

If a client purchases a product through our website and we do not have said product in the Galaxy Golf dependency, we will proceed to request it from our distributors and if our distributors did not have said product either, we would proceed to offer the client a product with similar characteristics or, failing that, you could proceed to cancel the order and proceed with the payment refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation of the order via email.

When the order has been processed with our couriers for collection we will email you the relevant tracking number.

How can I return a product?

1. Send an email to onlinesales@galaxygolfco.com quoting your order number and the reason for the return. 

2. You will have 21 days from the receipt of your order in which to do this. We will then issue a Returns Authorisation and you will then have a further 14 days in which to return it back to us using your courier of choice. 

3. If your consignment is damaged upon receipt you will have 2 working days to notify us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

4.To cancel an order please contact Galaxy Golf on the email onlinesales@galaxygolfco.com as soon as possible.

5. Refunds will be issued when the product/products are received back in the state in which it was originally delivered with packaging and labels still intact and ready for sale along with the orginal invoice.

6.Once the return is received, the amount paid will be credited within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the return.

7.In the case that Galaxy Golf ships out an incorrect item then we shall be responsible for arranging the collection and reshipping the correct item free of charge. If in any case it is not possible to ship the correct item then a full refund will be issued.
