The TaylorMade Qi4D Max Fairway Wood is made for players who require an easy-to-launch fairway with maximum forgiveness. The shallower face and a larger 200cc head in the 3 Wood offer a significant confidence boost.
Each loft size in the Qi4D Max lineup is at the upper limit of head size, the head is 17% larger than the Tour model and 5% larger than the standard model. This helps the weight be pushed to the perimeter for enhanced stability and helping those off-centre strikes fly further and straighter. A newly improved Speed Pocket maintains ball speeds and reduced spin on low face strikes. Twist Face technology features corrective curvature that is designed to provide straighter shots on mishits.
Advanced CAD modelling and an ultralight titanium body has enabled a design with a cleaner and more powerful sound and a fairway that is easier to launch with exceptional distance from any lie. A multi-material construction allows engineers to combine cutting-edge design techniques with premium materials to maximise performance by increasing discretionary weight.
Utilising a single Trajectory Adjustment System 8g weight, it provides players with the most mass-efficient way to adjust flight, spin and swing weight. The 4-degree loft sleeve can also be used to refine loft, lie and face angle to further optimise ball flight on the 3 and 5 Woods, while the 7 and 9 Woods feature a fixed, non-adjustable design.
