Constructed with premium materials and the most effective engineering techniques to offer one of the longest moveable weights in a TaylorMade fairway to date.
Advanced CAD modelling and an ultralight titanium body has enabled a design with a cleaner and more powerful sound and a fairway that is easier to launch with exceptional distance from any lie. A large 60g tungsten mass pad pushes the centre of gravity very low and forward, promoting higher launch and lower spin which result in shots that come off the face hot and maximise carry distance. A newly improved Speed Pocket maintains ball speeds and reduced spin on low face strikes. Twist Face technology features corrective curvature that is designed to provide straighter shots on mishits.
Utilising three Trajectory Adjustment System weights, a 15g and two 4g, it provides players with the most mass efficient way to adjust shot shape and spin. With the heavy weight in the back, golfers experience added stability. Placing the heavy weight in the toe promotes fade bias, and putting the heavy weight in the heel encourages draw bias. The 4 degree loft sleeve can also be used to refine loft, lie and face angle to further optimise ball flight.
