PowaKaddy Warranty Information
The manufacturer's warranty cover is available through the authorised PowaKaddy service centres within Spain only. Customers outside Spain will need to return their product back to Spain for repairs and services.
PowaKaddy FX3/FX5 and FW3/FW5 trolleys are covered by a 2 year warranty and all FX7/CT and FW7s/C2 trolleys by a 3 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage, misuse, neglect or commercial use is not covered. PowaKaddy batteries are covered by a separate warranty, 1 year for lead acid and 5 year for lithium. All battery chargers are covered by a 2 year warranty.
In normal conditions all batteries will do either 18 or 36 holes (as purchased) when used on a single motored PowaKaddy trolley. Conditions such as very long or exceptionally hilly courses, wet ground or excessively heavy golf bags may reduce the range of the battery. Always recharge your battery regardless of the number of holes played. Battery capacity will reduce over time and can be affected by frequency of use and charging conditions.
